We kindly ask for any cancellation or change in appointment to be done 48 hours in advance. Reservations changed without 48 hours notice can result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled appointment. All no show appointments will be charged 100% of your scheduled appointment. We require a 50% deposit for all appointments 4+ hours. Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of appointment time. 

If you are more than 15 minutes late- please understand your stylist might have to reschedule your appointment and you will get charged for your appointment time.
